Preparing Your Order
Once your payment has been successfully received, your order will enter our fulfillment process. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy shopping periods or promotional events, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to keep things moving.
After your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Delivery
We partner with dependable international shipping providers such as DHL, EMS, Hong Kong Post, FedEx, and other regional carriers. The shipping service is selected according to the destination and the fastest available route.
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of USD $100 or more.
A USD $5 flat shipping fee applies to orders below USD $100.
Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days from the date of shipment.
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, shipping schedules may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or local courier operations.
Need to Make a Change?
If you need to update your shipping information or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sale@mhrwa.com.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed for shipment or has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If your order has already been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
